Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will assist you in accordance with the policy below and your applicable statutory rights.

Returns & Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect and handle an item as you would reasonably be able to do in a shop. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back where applicable, we will process any refund due without undue delay and within the time required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid to receive the goods, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect orders before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Certain goods may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel where an exemption under applicable consumer law applies. This may include goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Sale and discounted items are not excluded from your statutory consumer rights.

Wholesale and Business Orders

Statutory consumer cancellation rights generally apply to consumers rather than purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.

Returns for wholesale, trade or other business-to-business orders are therefore subject to the terms agreed for the relevant order, except where other legal rights apply.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are natural minerals, crystals, fossils and stone formations.

Natural variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, size, inclusions and markings are normal characteristics of these materials and help make each piece unique.

Such natural characteristics are not, by themselves, considered faults.

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately through photographs, measurements and descriptions.
