Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you with the return process and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

Damaged, Faulty, Or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue alongside your order details.

We will work to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

Custom-made or special-order items

Many of our products are authentic natural minerals, crystals, fossils, and stone formations created naturally over millions of years.

As a result, variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, size, inclusions, and natural markings are completely normal and form part of the unique character of each piece.

These natural variations are not considered faults or defects.

We make every effort to accurately represent products through detailed descriptions and photography.
